Hello, we are Nate & Riss, married, “50 something” year olds that discovered later in life the need to do our own research on absolutely everything!!
After trying to raise 5 kids the best we knew how at the time, we started to ask a lot of questions about what we were taught about health & nutrition (amongst other things) and in turn what we taught our kids!! Fortunately, we all survived this stage and now have the opportunity to turn things around for the generations to come.
