Hello, we are Nate & Riss, married, “50 something” year olds that discovered later in life the need to do our own research on absolutely everything!! After trying to raise 5 kids the best we knew how at the time, we started to ask a lot of questions about what we were taught about health & nutrition (amongst other things) and in turn what we taught our kids!!
